I Choose MindfulnessAffirmation Cards

Why the sudden focus on wellbeing, you ask? We have been fortunate enough to partner up with Jay Verrico of BluJay Coaching to design these wholesome affirmation cards.

Not only has this project been incredibly fun, but it’s also shone a light on the need to assign time to own wellbeing and now we get to shine that light on yours.

Affirmation cards are a great addition to your desk for those busy days or as a gift for family, friends or team members.

They are a wonderful reminder to ensure you take time out of your hectic schedule to look after your number one asset – yourself!

And what a great way to keep your team motivated and get the best out of them, they can choose a card for their workspace each day.
